Laser Films Instruction
Step 1. After Buying DSF Clear Postive Laser Films for Screen Printing
| Load your film into your printer as you normally would. We suggest using a Xerox Phaser 5550 printer, however any laser printer will work with the film. (Note: Laser Films will not work with inkjet
printers.) If you wish to control the density of your output, you may do so by controlling the toner
settings. There are no specific settings for laser Printing. Make sure your artwork settings are set at
100% black and then hit print. |

Step 2. Exposing Our Clear Laser Film with a Silk Screen
| When you have your film & silk screen then you are ready to expose it. Depending on your experience with exposure, you may need to expose your artwork more than once. If needed, you can expose it for the first time, rinse it, then expose it a second time without the film
attached to help harden the emulsion. We recommend adjusting the exposure strength lower,
because laser films are not as dense as inkjet outputs. You may need to try a few times to get
the right setting. |

Step 3. Screen Printing on Promotional Products
| You are ready to print after touching up your screen. You can print on any promotional item you wish such as t-shirts, notebooks, coffee mugs, pens & more. |
